1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User") and myboss ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This document governs the use of all services, products, and features provided through the myboss platform, whether via website, mobile app, or any other medium we operate.

By accessing or using any part of the myboss platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, agree to be bound by them, and confirm that you meet all specified eligibility requirements. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first access our platform.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible for myboss membership and to use our services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration. myboss does not permit any individual under the legal age to use this platform under any circumstances.
• A Malaysian citizen or lawful resident, or located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities.
• Legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and not prohibited by any court or statutory authority from participating in gambling activities.
• Never had a myboss account suspended, deleted, or permanently banned by myboss for any reason.
• Not acting as a representative, agent, or intermediary on behalf of any other individual who is ineligible to use this platform.

Myboss reserves the right at any time to request proof of eligibility from any member. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one active myboss account at any one time. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or any other method, constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Registration Details

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name as shown on your ID, an active phone number, a valid email address, and bank account details for financial transactions. myboss will verify this information as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. myboss will not be liable for any losses arising from third-party access to your account resulting from your own negligence in maintaining account security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the myboss support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit

All deposits into your myboss account must be made through payment methods supported by the platform. myboss accepts various payment methods including local bank transfers, e-wallets, and other digital methods displayed in the Deposit section of the platform. 6 Game Rules

The results of all games on myboss are final once the relevant round or match has concluded. myboss uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system for casino games to ensure results are truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including myboss itself.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or internet connectivity issue during an active game session, myboss will resolve the situation based on stored server records. Results recorded on the myboss server are final in such cases. myboss is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the user's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the myboss platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

In addition to the above activities, any form of fraud, threats, harassment, hate speech, or behaviour that negatively affects the experience of other members on the myboss platform is also prohibited and will be dealt with accordingly.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by Member

You may close your myboss account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all valid remaining funds in your account will be withdrawn to your registered bank account once all conditions are met. Bonus funds that have not fulfilled the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

Myboss reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is sufficient evidence that the member has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions. In cases of serious violations such as fraud or money laundering, myboss reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9 myboss Liability Limits

Myboss provides this platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, myboss makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or faults.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, myboss is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunities. myboss's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Myboss takes member privacy very seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by myboss Privacy Policy which forms part of this agreement. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is collected solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. myboss does not sell member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
